About the Role

Join our vibrant international school community as a Donor Engagement and Data Manager. In this role, you will support our mission by building lasting relationships with donors and ensuring excellence in data integrity and confidentiality. Your work will be central to our fundraising efforts, coordinating data-driven strategies, managing donor information, and supporting impactful community relations projects that connect our diverse school community. Start date: 1 January 2025.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Donor Engagement & Fundraising: Build and maintain stewardship plans for individual donors, manage the processing and tracking of donations, and develop personalized donor communication.
• Data Management: Oversee donor database accuracy, maintain seamless data integration with other school systems, and streamline workflows.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare fiscal and development reports, coordinate with Finance for projections and revenue tracking, and conduct prospect research for cultivation activities.
• Community Relations: Provide administrative support for events, including list management and post-event analysis.

• Proficiency in German (required)
• High cultural competency
• Experience in donor relations, database management, or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to relationship building
